Raspberry Butter Spread
- Raspberry Jam, preferably seedless
Scoop equal amounts of butter and jam into a microwave-safe bowl. Let the butter come to room temperature so it’s easier to mix with the jam. If needed, put the bowl into the microwave for a few seconds. You want to get the butter melted enough to really mix with the jam, but you don’t want it to turn to a liquid. Mix until smooth. The spread will turn back into the consistency of the butter, making it easy to spoon onto your pastry, but also melting into each nook and cranny. Mmm.
