A Party In my pantry

I had an impromptu dinner the other night. Two of my girlfriends stopped by and instead of going out as planned, we decided to hang in my kitchen with the bottle of wine we had just popped open. I opened my refrigerator to see what our options were for creating an easy, tapas dinner. This Salmon Pesto Bite was by far the hit of the evening. So easy, and even more delicious.

Ingredients

• Garden Basil Pesto or Pre-Made Pesto
• Smoked Salmon
• Cream Cheese
• Stacy’s Pita Chips or Sliced Cucumber

Spread cream cheese on each cracker, then top with the pesto and sliced smoked salmon. Serve immediately. So simple, yet packed with so much flavor.
