For those times when cereal is just not going to cut it, try this delicious and healthy fruit smoothie. It was my go to breakfast all summer.
Morning Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup+ Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Banana, preferably frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
- 1 tbls Honey
- 2 tbls Orange Juice
- 1 tbls Salt
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
Combine all ingredients into the blender. Blend for two minutes, or until smooth. Note, the frozen fruit makes the smoothie cold. You can use all fresh fruit, but you may want to chill the smoothie before enjoying.
